- All bookings are subject to a security deposit of 1,000 euros due upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after departure and inspection by our staff.
- The price quoted includes rent of the chateau and grounds, linen & towels, heating and hot water costs.
- Guests will normally be required to arrive at 4pm and depart at noon on the departure day.
- An end-of-stay cleaning charge of 10 euros per room used will be applied to your bill.
- Chateau de Courtomer will deduct damages or excessive cleaning charges from your deposit. It is recommended that guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
- Personal travel insurance for all individual guests is also recommended.
- Pets: Allowed on Ground Floor
- Smoking: Only permitted outside.
