Policies & Prices

The minimum stay on the Courtomer estate in any of our properties is three nights. During the off-season ( 1st November to April 30th, except over Christmas and New Year), we are pleased to offer weekend breaks of two nights.

The prices quoted below are for a three-night stay. All properties can be rented separately.

The French Farmhouse To Rent Covered in Roses.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse can accommodate nine guests in four en-suite bedrooms. It is just a short walk from the château, with rentals starting at €1,075.

Le Cottage du Haras

Le Cottage du Haras is located at the entrance to the estate. It sleeps two guests. Rental starts at €500.

The outside of the Orangerie with a lawn and chairs, an event space at the chateau available to hire.

The Orangerie

Ideal for seminars, parties or weddings. Rental €600

Booking procedure, deposits and payments

Once we have agreed the dates of your rental, we will prepare a contract to cover your stay with us.

When we invoice you for your final payment, we will also ask you to pay a security deposit plus any local taxes (Taxe de séjour) that we are required to collect on behalf of the local authorities. Details of these taxes will be indicated on your contract.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 15 days of your check out date provided the property that you rented is left in good order.

Terms and conditions regarding renting our properties vary and are detailed below.

Chateau

Reservation deposit- change of date and cancellation To save your dates we require a deposit of 3000€. In the event that you change your mind within 30 days of the receipt of your reservation deposit, and you have confirmed this in writing to us, we will return your deposit in full. After this date the reservation deposit is not refundable but we will change your dates, if the new dates you request are available. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation in case you are unable to reschedule your stay with us.

Security deposit €2,000

Final payment is due four months prior to your check in date.
